We can provide short or long term secondment as supplementary white collar labour hire in the following disciplines: Engineers, QA/QC professionals, planners, supervisors, project managers, HSE specialists, procurement and administration.
Our Engineering Services deliver turnkey solutions on a lump sum, schedule of rates and a cost plus basis. We specialise in project management of complex multi-discipline works where we carefully guide the project through all phases from approvals to comissioning and handover. We are able to manage earthworks and civils, building infrastructure, fabrication and installation along with electrical and commissioning.
SMP delivers Maintenance Services by working in partnership with our clients to reduce downtime and total costs and increase availability, reliability and performance. Maintenance teams leverage off our project and technical services expertise to deliver long term maintenance support. This combines the manpower of our project services with the engineering and reliability knowledge of our technical services teams to deliver maintenance programs.
